CAN I GET SOMETHING CUSTOMIZED?
Yes absolutely, each piece is made to order and we are happy to customize any dimension, finish or design detail. Contact us to let us know what you have in mind. We also offer 3D rendering of your furniture so you can have a pretty good idea of what it will looks like in your room. It’s really helpful to determine the right proportions.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE?
In stock items will ship in 7-10 business days. Normal lead times for all other items are 6-14 weeks. If you need an item rush please contact us before ordering, we always try to accommodate such requests.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
Soon! For now all our pieces are available through our site or dealer website. We’ve closed our Showroom in downtown Drummondville to work on a new showroom concept in our studio, where all pieces are made. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FURNITURE?
Use coasters to avoid glass rings, hot pads and felt pads to protect the finish on your piece. Use a damp cloth to dust, drying immediately. A neutral Ph cleaner may be used for heavier cleaning. Do not use furniture polishes or waxes. Contact us, if you want to restore the finish to your furniture. We will tell you the procedure and the products to use. It’s best to control the humidity in your house and keep the piece out of direct sun light if possible. This will greatly extend the life of your piece.
IS CUSTOMIZATIONS POSSIBLE
We do offer customization of sizes, finishes, andsomedetails on our made-to-order pieces. Our ready-to-ship pieces are batch produced in our studio and are unable to be customized, however, should you wish to make an amendment to a made-to-order piece please email info@ambrozia.ca and we will review your request. Should you wish to customize a ready-to-ship piece, this will be treated as a custom order, inquiries for this can also be sent to info@ambrozia.ca
CAN I ORDER MATERIAL SAMPLES ?
Material samples can be purchased and ordered through our website. If samples remain in good condition they can be returned for a refund when you are finished with them. Contact us for more details.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Our custom pieces are meticulously crafted one by one to meet your specifications. Due to our unique production process, returns are not accepted. Exceptions may apply for in-stock items. Please reach out for more information.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICK UP OPTIONS
Wherever possible we offer standardized shipping on our pieces. For some of our larger works we will need to arrange customized freight shipping options based on your location and specific needs. Within 24 - 48 hours of your purchase of an item that does not include standardized shipping our team will reach out to share shipping quotes and arrange for your delivery. Should you wish to arrange shipping or pick up yourself we are happy to leave completed items unwrapped and available for pickup. All work must be paid for in full prior to shipping or pick-up. Finished work can be stored for up to 14 days in our facility, beyond that time frame work will be sent to a storage facility where moving and storage fees will be incurred by the purchaser. To see if we can extended the storage time in our facility, please contact us.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
Our pieces are guaranteed for one year against mechanical defects or technical failures. If an issue should arise please contact us and we will repair or replace the defective component or item. We cannot be held responsible for the following: changes or patina developing on leather, metal or marble surfaces, damage caused by improper care or cleaning products, damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environmental conditions, damage caused by improper assembly or installation, damage caused by everyday ‘wear-and-tear’ including but not limited to dents, scratches, or stains.
