We offer extensive customization on made-to-order pieces, including sizes, finishes, and details. Ready-to-ship items cannot be modified, but can be treated as a custom order upon request. Contact us at info@ambrozia.ca to discuss your project.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION
All pieces are designed and crafted in our Furniture Factory in Drummondville, Québec, Canada.
PAYMENTS
We accept bank transfer, check & credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
Full payment is required before shipping, pick-up, or delivery.
TARIFFS & DUTIES
All pieces are handmade in Canada and ship duty-free to the U.S. under the CUSMA agreement. No additional tariffs are expected for U.S. clients. For orders outside North America, local duties and taxes may apply and are the client’s responsibility.

RETURN POLICY
Custom pieces are made-to-order and non-returnable. Exceptions may apply for in-stock items, please contact us for details.
WARRANTY POLICY
Our pieces are guaranteed for two years against mechanical defects or technical failures. If an issue should arise please contact us and we will repair or replace the defective component or item. We cannot be held responsible for the following: changes or patina developing on leather, metal or marble surfaces, damage caused by improper care or cleaning products, damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environmental conditions, damage caused by improper assembly or installation, damage caused by everyday ‘wear-and-tear’ including but not limited to dents, scratches, or stains.
FURNITURE CARE
Use coasters to avoid glass rings, hot pads and felt pads to protect the finish on your piece. Use a damp cloth to dust, drying immediately. A neutral Ph cleaner may be used for heavier cleaning. Do not use furniture polishes or waxes. Contact us, if you want to restore the finish to your furniture. We will tell you the procedure and the products to use. It’s best to control the humidity in your house and keep the piece out of direct sun light if possible. This will greatly extend the life of your piece.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Smaller items may ship by parcel; larger works require custom freight. We’ll provide a shipping quote and coordinate delivery. Multiple items are consolidated whenever possible. White-glove delivery is available upon request.
Clients may also arrange their own shipping or pick-up. Complimentary storage is offered for 14 days; fees apply thereafter. Please contact us if extended storage is needed.
