Return & Refund Policy
In the event of an issue with your order, you can contact us at info@ambrozia.ca. Please note that items will need to be sent to the following address: 1482 Jean-Berchmans-Michaud, Drummondville, Québec, Canada, J2C 7V3
All items are final sale and cannot be returned. However, exceptions may apply. Each case will be individually reviewed to determine if a return is possible. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All orders shipped to a warehouse must be inspected before leaving for the project destination. If an order is damaged, incorrect, or defective, the client should contact us immediately. When returning an order, we will cover the shipping costs from the original address to which the order was first delivered. However, please note that we are not responsible for repackaging costs. We can, however, provide shipping materials to facilitate the return process in the case of an exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If we make an error with your order and the issue cannot be resolved without returning or exchanging the products, we will do everything in our power to resolve the situation promptly
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
